Product Description
The High Power Wirewound Resistor Series includes DDR and DQR(wave-shaped alloy ribb- on) and DSR(variable wirewound ).They are called ceramic wirewound resistor,ceramic tube resistor,high power resistor,waved resistor,braking resistor,charge resistor,discharge resis- tor,dump load resistor,current limiting resistor,aging resistor or load resistor,ect.DR series is one core products of KYX,owning characters of high power,resistance to shock , go- od heat dissipation,high stability,high over load,long life, fast delivery,KYX is the largest wirewound resistors manufacturer in Pearl River Delta,which is the largest scale,higest output and well-equipped factory.
Construction:
- A tubular ceramic has two terminals, and is wound with copper wire or chrominum alloy wire to provide the resistance and then coated with high temperature ,non-flammable resin.
- After the semi-finished resistor is cool and dry,insulation is applied througha temperature process and then the mounts are attached.
Features:
- Multi-terminal and multi-resistance ,fixed, adjustable are available,out wire's length are available following customer requirement; Special terminals are available for unusual applications.
- Element consisting of a wave-shaped alloy ribbon or non-wave shaped alloy wire.
- Good dissipation ,high stability, high power rating,high over load and long life.
- Delivery:5-7days
- Conforms to the ROHS standard and the LEAD-FREE non-lead standard.
